Second Grade Pin Information

✧・゚: *✧Standard Grade VS Second Grade✧・゚: *✧

Pins can be graded as either standard or second grade based on their quality and amount of imperfections.
Each pin maker has a different grading system meaning that their judgement on what is considered standard or second (or B) grade may vary.
Every pin is hand painted and may have minor scuffs, scratches, and air bubbles.

✧Standard Grade✧
Due to the detail in a majority of my pin designs and due to each individual pin being hand painted, standard grade pins are the closest to being perfect in quality but still -may or may not- contain minor flaws.
+Minor scuffs to the metal or paint
+Uneven enamel surface
+Imperfections on the backside of the pin (not including the pin posts/needles)

✧Second Grade✧
A second grade enamel pin is a pin that has more imperfections in comparison to a standard pin.
As a result, these pins are sold at a discount.
I do not sell pins that I consider to be "C" grade.
+Large amounts of scuff and scratches
+Large scratches
+Uneven enamel surface
+Small-Large dots/pooling of misplaced color
+Multiple air bubbles or large air bubbles
+Missing enamel
+Imperfections on the backside of the pin (not including the pin posts/needles)

Every second grade pin has varying degrees of imperfections.
Please keep this in mind as you are ordering. If you have any major issues with a pin you have received from me, please contact me so we can solve the situation! Thank you!
